About us

Starting in October 2001 Precision Services Management LLC (PSM) was developed to provide quality service to your community state certified and operating in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio.  We look at ourselves as more than just a pest management company we look at ourselves as a service company protecting our environment and community.  Understand pest and the impact they have on our life is just a small part of the big picture in providing you with best pest management possible.  Home or building maintenance is another important part of this picture.  By having a trained inspector periodically checking your property has a much greater value than someone spraying for bugs.

PSM's employees are trained to inspect and observe with detail.  This benefit has an immediate and direct impact to the customer.  For example, by finding and bringing to your attention a water leak found on the exterior of your structure and correcting it could prevent expensive damage to your home or building.  Find holes around the structure can prevent insects and rodents from entry but also, save you energy as well.  These are just a couple of examples of preventative maintenance.  As you could imagine this list could be endless.

Training is a never-ending process with PSM.  Attending state required on going training also taking additional courses in structural pest management.  As well as, our in house training program which is unmatched by any company.  This training program has been in development since 1995 growing, updating and changing as technology changes.  Today in the pest management industry we have some of the finest tools and most environmentally friendly and effective products ever made.  This is exciting to us to see and use these products.  What is more exciting than this, is new and better tools and products are being developed every year.  Most all pest control companies have access to these same tools and products.

Your question may be "What makes the difference in which company I hire to do my service?'''  The answer is a big difference.  Just because most pest control companies have access to these tools and products does not mean they use them.  However, PSM makes it a point to research and evaluate this new technology and apply that new knowledge if we find they work well.

This is not to say that older procedures and protocols are obsolete.  PSM has developed our own proven procedures and protocols.  Therefore, we have the benefit of existing knowledge and the ability to enhance them with the new technology as it becomes available.

We believe knowledge is the cutting edge.  The more information we can support our customers with the more professional we are.  Precision Services spends a great deal of time on researching pest and pest issues.  Also, the products used to solve the pest issues that you may have.  Thereby, you can count on having the most informed, safety conscious and professional in the industry.
