Michael Spry, President / CEO of Precision Services Management, is originally from Wheeling WV. Spending 12 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Crew Chief on the C-5 Aircraft at Dover AFB DE. After the Air Force he worked in the building construction industry building both commercial buildings and residential homes for 7 years. Whereby, gaining a strong back ground in inspection, management and knowledge of building construction.
Then he found the pest management industry in 1993. Started with fumigation, fumigating commodities that shipped into port from South Amercia. From there went to the office working in the sales department for 3 years learning the administration of pest management. Then went to pest control and preservation department, learning operations and gaining extensive experience with hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, hotels, apartment complexes, food processing and packaging plants, museums, resorts, schools, etc &
There gaining considerable experience with subterranean termites, bats, birds and wildlife trapping. Then advanced to Service Supervisor position in Pest Elimination. Has accredited Service Supervisor of the year for the entire Atlantic Region putting him in the top percent for providing excellent customer service and communication. Then he advanced to support other metro areas in the Atlantic Region to train additional Service Specialist. Using his own unique training program, taught Service Specialist to solve pest issues, not to merely except them but eliminate them.
Currently state certified in the states of West Virginia , Pennsylvania, Ohio and Delare.
